Today we will introduce the safety maintenance of the chopper.
1、操作前將設(shè)備放置在水平地面，確保機(jī)器放置平穩(wěn)可靠；確定設(shè)備插頭接觸良好，無(wú)松動(dòng)，無(wú)水跡；
1. Place the equipment on the horizontal ground before operation to ensure that the machine is placed smoothly and reliably.
2、檢查旋轉(zhuǎn)料筒內(nèi)或輸送帶上是否有異物，如有異物必須清理干凈，以免引起刀具損壞；
2. Check whether there is any foreign body in the rotating barrel or conveyor belt. If there is any foreign body, it must be cleaned up to avoid damage to the cutting tool.
3、操作、調(diào)整根據(jù)所需加工的菜類(lèi)選擇切割模式，離心切片機(jī)用于瓜薯類(lèi)硬菜的切片，豎刀部分可將葉類(lèi)軟菜或切好的片加工成不同規(guī)格的塊、丁、菱形等各種形狀；
3. Operate and adjust the cutting mode according to the type of vegetable to be processed. The centrifugal slicer is used to slice the melon and potato hard vegetable. The vertical knife can process the leaf soft vegetable or the sliced vegetable into various shapes such as blocks, dices and diamonds of different specifications.
4、安裝豎刀，先轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)可調(diào)偏心輪，使刀架行下死點(diǎn)后，再使刀架向上抬起1-2毫米，使豎刀與輸送帶接觸后，緊固螺母把豎刀緊固在刀架上。如果刀架抬起高度小，蔬菜有可能連刀，如果刀架抬起高度過(guò)大，有可能切壞輸送帶.
4. To install the vertical knife, first rotate the adjustable eccentric wheel to make the cutter stand run to the lower dead point, and then raise the cutter stand up by 1-2 mm. After the vertical knife contacts the conveyor belt, the fastening nut fastens the vertical knife on the cutter stand. If the knife holder is raised small, vegetables may be knifed, if the knife holder is raised too high, it is possible to cut the conveyor belt.
